"Overall, a very great stay! The rooms were very clean and the location was perfect. The laundry service was ok, the clothes did not dry very well however we air dried it in the room and that worked for us! There is also a heated drying rack in the bathroom that worked well. Air conditioning was good and staff were very prompt with responses. Our shower drain was slow the first night and they took care of it the next morning. "I would not stay at this property again. The rooms were very small. I had to put one of our 2 large suitcases in the bathroom. The walls were thin so you could hear noise from other rooms and from the bar outside the hotel. We were on the fifth floor. "Laundry facilities were good and room was big. Location was quite inconvenient, about a 30 mins walk to Lourve and even further to Eiffel Tower. Uber took a while too due to traffic. Building does not seem well maintained. There is a lift however it shakes before stopping. "
