"The room was beautiful, warm and comfortable. The stay itself was pleasantly quiet with no disturbances and the tap water tasted clean. The amenities were clean and easy to use, if this room were my own home, I would be extremwly happy and I would personally stay again."

"The receptionist name "Aylin" very very kind and helpful. She is a first impression for the first day of my UK trips. "Room was clean but very outdated, they gave us room right next to another room where they where doing renovations, all you could hear was construction and drilling noises which started at 7 AM every day during our stay, AC did not work we had to request a fan to keep the room cooled, no mini fridge. For a 4 star hotel I would expect better."

The property generally is classy and clean however our room is not as clean especially the bathroom, there are missed areas uncleared under the toilet bowl etc. I do appreciate the effort they did when I told them it’s my daughter’s birthday so we had a cake waiting in the room which was nice ."

"Beautiful hotel. Amazing stay for 4 nights. Breakfast was fantastic. Lots of options including fresh honeycomb from their beehives and fresh peanut butter maker! Rooms a bit small but very nice and very clean. Lobby is absolutely gorgeous! Location is excellent, close to many main attractions and underground around the block. We would definitely stay here again. Absolutely loved it!"

The heat and the gap in the bed made this worse than a travelodge.
