The hotel was lovely. Nice and clean, and the staff were very friendly. Air con worked perfectly and the bathroom was spotless. The breakfast in the adjoined restaurant was a little disappointing, the pancakes didn’t taste homemade which I’d expect for the price of them. The room we were in had a door to another room where we could hear conversations and TV really loudly.

The hotel staff here is exceptional! They are 5 star trained. It was unbelievable. I will only be staying at this hotel from now on when I'm in London for the staff alone. Not only are they extremely helpful, but they made my stay so enjoyable. Felt like a my family away from home!

One of the best hotels I have stayed at in London. A bit of a walk from Bond St but manageable. Good size room. Large and modern bathroom with very nice large towels. Very comfortable bed. AC worked well. Super helpful and attentive staff.
