Online booking was easy and efficient.
Hotel itself was underwhelming.
Check in was very slow - just not enough staff (a regular theme)
Staff members we did meet were very pleasant but couldn't help with basic concierge things like sending a letter for me (that already had the postage on it)
Very disappointed that the bar called 'coffee to cocktail' didn't actually serve cocktails and was very basic, so was a let down to the friends we had invited to join us. Service at the bar was particularly slow and disorganised - meaning we ordered far less that we otherwise might.
Bedroom was clean, appropriately equipped and a good size for London hotels.
Disappointed that this was promoted as being close to Terminal 4 but then had to pay £40 for a taxi from hotel to terminal... (appreciate there was a drop of charge in that)
Overall did not live up to the Hyatt brand, but functioned fine as somewhere clean and safe to stay the night.
