"Ok I've got mixed opinion this stay. I don't know what happened either Hotels.com or this hotel did over booking. So they moved me " A sister hotel" However the sister hotel was in very very bad state, didn't like sister hotel!!! Infront of my room dirty laundry was piling up! The room smelled bad too. I was really unhappy but at least they tried. Then They moved me to the original hotel I booked. Newly renovated rooms etc, But not enough plugs. I had to move a fridge myself to reach the plug...

"Amazing view of the Pyramids of Giza. The night i arrived was a very clear night and my balcony had the best view. They assigned me a person driver to pick me up from the airport and a tour guide, I asked about food on the way from the airport to the hotel and they held the kitchen open for me to arrive. All staff were very kind and protective of me, as I traveled to Cairo alone. My driver escorted me on all my excursions, he protected me from scammers and so did my guide. I was very fortunate...

"We were very happy with our stay here. The room worked perfect for us as a family of 4 with less than 24hrs in Egypt and the location was great for proximity to the airport. The room looked like it was recently renovated. Only complaint was that the road outside the hotel was very noisy at night but it didn’t seem to disturb the kids (1 and 3yrs) so overall it was fine "

"Special word of appreciation for Amira, Shaimaa, Neshma & Noor. The culture within the staff is of equality and professionalism. I liked how the CEO Mr Mohasin, the owner, Mr Jalal would be as available to the guests as Mai, Saieed, Alwi from the front desk. Did I mention Fahd. He serves the best food with an even better smile. Loved my stay and will come again. "

"The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel is literally outside the entrance to the pyramid complex. Their rooftop area is breathtaking to look at the pyramids and we could also see them right from our room. They even arranged a pickup from the airport... Though the driving in Cairo is terrifying so be prepared. I would 100% recommend this hotel!!"
