My son left a few beloved stuffed animals behind, and the hotel staff found them and shipped them to us at home in the USA within a week! Not only that, they sent us a personalized laminated book where they wrote about the plushies' adventures and photoshopped them into various locations around portugal. "Fantastic location for a short or long stay! The room was soooo spacious which was welcomed after visiting other EU cities where the rooms were small. I really enjoyed the easy check in as I fly in at 11PM and got to the hotel around 12:30AM. It was seamless and the room was very clean. The owners were very responsive to my questions before arriving and the rep in the pffice was very kind. I would def stay here again and rec to other solo travelers."

The young man on night shift Monday the 25 th, even took our bags out to the Uber and loaded them for us. The morning breakfast had everything you could possibly want in a beautiful dining room.
