"객실이 신축이라 그런지 매우 깨끗했고(엘베도 있고) 직원들이 친절했습니다. 뷰도 너무 좋고 코메르시우 광장이랑 가깝고 주변에 맛집도 많아서 추천합니다. 다음 번에도 또 오고 싶은 곳입니다. 다만 12시 이후에 도착하는 경우에 컨시어지가 없을 수 있어서 미리 연락해야 할 거 같습니다. 이거 이외에는 전부 완벽합니다."

"The staff at the hotel and the location were both excellent. The bed itself was very hard. We did ask for better pillows after the first night sleep and they provided some which were more comfortable. There’s no place in the bathroom to plug in the blow dryer so women have to use a blow dryer in the room where there is not a mirror. Our balcony only had one chair, even though there were two of us in the room and I had to ask for a second chair which they got to us by the end of our second day....

"The hotel and amenities were amazing, but the staff made this stay INCREDIBLE. SO friendly and accommodating. My son left a few beloved stuffed animals behind, and the hotel staff found them and shipped them to us at home in the USA within a week! Not only that, they sent us a personalized laminated book where they wrote about the plushies' adventures and photoshopped them into various locations around portugal. "What a fabulous hotel for exploring Lisbon! It is in the Baixa but is so accessible to almost everything you want to see. The common areas and rooms are beautifully designed and feature many nods to Lisbon landmarks. The breakfast is stellar, with lovely fruit and egg dishes to order. Even though this is a busy street, the rooms are quiet at night. The linens and beds are high quality and the staff is friendly and helpful. I will look for this brand in other European cities."

"The photos for this listing might seem too good to be true, but the real-life property is every bit as magical as advertised — inside and out, Antiga Casa Pessoa teems with old world charm, and its modern updates (e.g., renovated kitchens and bathrooms) are thoughtful and minimalist, adding comfort but not clashing with the historic details. "The Memoria FLH hotel had a lovely breakfast and living room. It was a great gathering place for fellow travelers and friends. There were treats and coffee available in the afternoon. The staff embraced the "feels like home" attitude by being very accommodating, for example setting breakfast out a bit earlier for early travel situations and bringing up your luggage. There is a twenty-four reception that was able to help with all needs. There us a grocery store across the road as well."
