"Rooms were very clean and property is close to many amenities, public transportation and the airport. Had a situation where I had 2 different bookings and the staff, specifically Damián C., went above and beyond to get it sorted and ready for us. Damián even gave us tips of places we should visit and recommended us places to eat. He really provided outstanding service!! We looked forward to seeing him every evening after a long day just to chat about our day. I would stay at this hotel again."
"It was unique. Each room had character. It was spread out over three buildings and didn’t have a huge number of rooms. Service was impeccable - staff was truly helpful and a pleasure to deal with, but not in your face all the time. The breakfast buffet was lovely and well curated. The hill to get to the hotel was shockingly steep, but it afforded the property wonderful views. "
