"It was unique. Each room had character. It was spread out over three buildings and didn’t have a huge number of rooms. Service was impeccable - staff was truly helpful and a pleasure to deal with, but not in your face all the time. The breakfast buffet was lovely and well curated. The hill to get to the hotel was shockingly steep, but it afforded the property wonderful views. "

Everybody in the staff was very nice and helpful, the hotel was very clean, safe and perfectly located (in a safe and quiet area, yet very accessible to anything in Lisbon walking distance). "The hotel was very cozy and right away as you walked in the temperature was a relief from the heat outside. Fresh water and snacks were offered which was amazing! The rooms were beautiful. Big beds with a large TV on the wall and on the second floor you had floor to ceiling windows in the room and bathroom that open like doors - very chique. "Fantastic place to stay in the heart of Lisbon. The room was beautiful and clean, and the bed was the comfiest I’ve had in Europe. The free breakfast was an added plus, and the staff was very kind and helpful. There was even in unit washer and dryer and a stocked mini kitchen. I’d definitely stay here again! "
