"Everything was great, though apartment floor was not cleaned just bathrooms"

"Incredible stay at this gorgeous hotel. We arrived super early from an overnight flight and they were able to check us in quite earlier than our reservation time, which was extremely appreciated. The staff were beyond fabulous, every single one of them. They work hard, they’re kind, funny, and helpful. The room was great, the bed was super comfy, shower was hot and had great pressure, and we loved the breakfast options every day. Great area to stay, would 100% return if we are in Lisbon again!"

"Wonderful staff"

"I stayed at Dona Graça for two weeks. The stay for my first time in Europe was immaculate. I really enjoyed the aesthetic of Dona Graca apartments. The staff and service was wonderful. Very friendly and attentive. The view was great as well"

"This hotel is in the Intendente area of Lisbon, just outside all the noise and sights. After I worked out how to avoid routes with steps it was an easy 20 to 30 minutes walk to wherever I needed to be (or a 6 to 7 euro taxi if I was returning later after Fado or jazz!). The hotel seemed small but the rooms were spacious and the decor plays to the area's irreverent past. The bed was very comfortable and the rainfall shower reliable. "Clean and tidy room."

"Près de tout et grand logement "

"Lovely suite with quiet courtyard balcony and large bathroom. Loved the jet bathtub. Great location and very helpful staff. Would definitely stay again!"

"Enjoyed using this as our home base to explore Lisboa ! Close to metro and bus stops, busy street that doesn’t take too long to get an uber, nice kitchen and multiple bathrooms that were always available and clean. Room was more spacious than expected and the small patio to look at the main road was nice as well!"

"No kettle or fridge in the room and that’s the only negative point"

"Das Zimmer und Bad waren sauber, die Betten gut und das Frühstück ausreichend. Schade nur, dass die Bar nicht besetzt ist und man daher im Hotel nicht gemüich sitzen kann. Die Metro ist ganz nah, leider hört man sie auch machts sehr gut. Für einen Wochenendtrip gute Ausgangslage."

"Property is spotlessly clean, itsa great location right next to the underground. Staff are very friendly and the breakfast was delicious"

"Appartement bien situé avec autobus, tramway et bons restaurants à proximité. Appartement bien fonctionnel, propre et bien équipé. Bonne communication. Nous avons apprécié d’être à 10 min de tout aussi facilement pour visiter Lisbonne !"

"Ducha muy pequeña e incómoda mal mantenimiento de las puertas"

"We found the hotel suitable for our stay & not too far from the city centre (about 10-15 mins walk) . The rooms were clean & well maintained, breakfast was good & drinks were available throughout the day (coffee). The staff were very helpful & very knowledgeable of the city. The hotel also has a roof terrace which is ideal for having your breakfast or for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing . Would suggest may not be suitable for anyone with walking issues as the hotel in located at near...
