"The room and bathroom were bigger than expected with a nice big bathtub to relax in. There were also restaurants, a convenience store, and an ATM in the back of the hotel which was super helpful. There are also two nearby train stations as well. I recommend taking the train from the Tokyo Big Sight station if you want a great scenic ride. Staff also helped us get a taxi to the airport on the day of check out. I really appreciated this since I didn’t want to download another app."

"THE STAFF WAS INCREDIBLE-- FROM THE MOMENT WE WALKED IN THE DOOR UNTIL OUR DEPARTURE, THEY WERE POLITE AND ACCOMODATING, EVEN TO THE POINT OF WALKING WITH US WHEN WE WERE UNSURE OF THE LOCATION OF VAIROUS FACILITIES. THE BUILDING IS UNDER RENOVATION, SO THERE WERE CERTAIN AREAS THAT WERE A BIT WORN, BUT ONCE THESE PHYSICAL IMPROVEMENTS IMPROVE THIS COULD BE A FIVE-STAR HOTEL. JUST BE SURE TO KEEP THE AMAZING STAFF-- I'VE TRAVELED THE WORLD AND HAVE FOUND THESE PEOPLE ARE TRULY OUTSTANDING."

"The hotel is beautiful and our room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was fantastic with so many options. Our only complaint was the incredibly slow service in the hotel lounge. It was not busy at all and we waited over 15 minutes to be served. Once we ordered it was another long wait for our drinks. We went back 2 days later and the service was just as slow and horrible so we left. We absolutely loved everything about the hotel and staff with the exception of the painfully slow service in the lounge."
