"This hotel meets the needs but that's about it. It was clean though not as convenient as they advertise. The shower is extremely slippery. The staff is not very friendly although they will suggest restaurants and call a cab when one is leaving for the airport. It is not a place to stay when visiting Naples, just a place to stay the night before a flight out. The neighborhood doesn't look like it but there are some good restaurants just down the street. There is a Catholic church on the next...

The breakfast options were enormous; the roof top bar experience a reason in itself to stay; and the chef for the main dining room prepares creative and exceptionally prepared meals. A reasonable walk to almost all activities in Napoli. "

"Overnight stay prior to early morning flight. There is no airport shuttle however there were several guests checking out as early as 3:30 AM in the hotel was calling a cab for each of these guests. Parking was 17 euros and convenient."

"I chose this location for its views, balcony and ratings as a romantic location to celebrate a very significant wedding anniversary. The hotel and staff delivered a mixed experience. While spacious enough and clean, the rooms were not necessarily aligned with the room rates. Some aspects were excellent and recently renovated, while others were a little tired. "The hotel was great! Rooms were clean and on the modern side for Italy. Staff were helpful and spoke perfect English. Breakfast options were solid. The location is slightly out of the way in terms of not being right in the thick of the touristy area near Caffe Grambius but in good walking distance. This area Chiaia was quiet and upscale. The area right above it called Vomero was very posh and lovely to walk around. "

I noted that there were dirty dishes left in the hallway - common area floor for at least 14 hours, indicating that housekeeping was not on a periodic monitoring of floors, at least on the days that we stayed. Whether this was indicative of a systemic concern or a single bad day for housekeeping, it left an unfavourable impression. This single event should not dissuade...

"We had an overall great experience at this resort. The grounds are beautiful and smell wonderful due to the plants planted around the grounds. The beds were comfortable and the view from our room was amazing. The private beach was a great touch as well! The only downsides were that probably 90% of the people staying here were older retired folk and we got awful mosquito bites. Other than that everything was perfect!
