"A beautiful hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was amazing and the bathroom was pretty luxurious! Would highly recommend!"

"I absolutely loved this hotel and it definitely exceeded my expectations. There are so many lovely details in the rooms, especially the floor heating in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The gym and spa are wonderful. For a hotel, the gym is really 10 out of 10. My only regret is that I did not have more time but will definitely come back."

"Overall, very good. Convenient location especially to St Pancras to take Eurostar"

"This was by far one of the top three best hotel stays of all time!! I can’t remember a more attentive staff at a hotel in my life."

Overall, a great place to stay for a short visit to London, and I would happily recommend it to others."

We arrived early on check-in day. So, our room was not ready. But, they proceeded with the check-in process any way and the Concierge stored our luggage. The Concierge in this hotel was EXCELLENT, with great advice on restaurants. We went to The Black...
