"Lovely staff that were present at all times. The room itself was nice however, the aircon was intermittent due to the size of the room, this meant it got hot quickly as it turned off. It did cool down quickly though. The shower was great, it’s worth bearing in mind that you don’t have much privacy from other guests in the bathroom. So make sure you are comfortable with who you stay with in that regard. There are toilets in the lobby that would suit the most shy pooper though."

"Nice quiet hotel away from the madness that is Soho and Oxford St. very polite staff and a room upgrade for no apparent reason was a lovely gesture. No shower gel in the dispenser so glad I brought my own! All in all a nice stay, if the price is reasonable-which it was. "

"The hotel’s location is outstanding - right across from Tower Bridge, which is truly incredible. However, the property itself could benefit from a complete renovation. The exterior feels somewhat worn, and both the lobby and guest rooms would improve with updates as well. I didn’t try the food, so I can’t comment on that. On a positive note, the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming throughout the stay."

"Great hotel in a great location. Clean and room was as expected, powerful shower too! I had a great nights sleep in the very comfortable bed. Only negative: The lifts were not all working (2 out of 4) - which means often long waits for the lift and a lift stopping at every floor once managed to get into one!"

"Excellent location and all you need in the room. Rooms are tiny but a double was perfectly adequate for me for three days on a solo trip. My blind was broken, which was a pain as restricted sunlight, but not the end of the world! Would definitely come back for the location and simplicity. "

"I was a little disappointed in our stay. The hotel and room was very tired and in need of an update. In the morning the windows were running with condensation. The windows let an awful lot of noice through and I was awake for the 3 nights listening to the roar of traffic. The restaurants attached to the hotel were very expensive and not of the best quality. I’d recommend finding somewhere else to eat. On the day of leaving we were in a rush and needed a taxi. They said to just wait out in the forecourt ans taxis arrived every few minutes and they wouldn’t specifically call a cab. After a 15 min wait we left, turned onto the road and flagged one down immediately. Very underwhelming experience. It was ok at best."
