"Bed bugs we both had several bites next morning , sand in the bed, hairs, several roaches in the bedroom. I explain to the manager and he prooceed to ask me how big were they instead of adressing the situation. Stay away from this place!!!"

"Een hele fijne, centraal gelegen accomodatie. De bungalow waar wij in verbleven bevond zich in het laatste blok met huisjes. Een prima plek, geen overburen. Onze bungalow was echter wel aan de achterzijde verbonden met een andere bungalow, maar leek enkel gescheiden te zijn door een deur (die wel op slot zat uiteraard). Dit maakte het vrij gehorig. Verder een nette kamer, maar bijvoorbeeld de houder voor de handdouche was defect. Gelukkig was er ook een regendouche beschikbaar. Wel vrij weinig...

"Le petit déjeuner manque d'omelettes. Les rideaux de chambre ne sont pas occultants, trop de luminosité, on ne peut pas dormir. Les dessus de table devraient être changés à chaque utilisation, passer un simple coup de chiffon et poser ses couverts sur ceux du précédent est très sale."

"The breakfast was quite limited. Sometimes they add raw onion in omelette. They also block half of morning dining room so I had to wait for 5-10 minutes every morning at 10am for free table and for fork and knife. Menwhile the blocked area had all the tables ready but not used. The rooms are very dated. Not a fan of purple colours everywhere. I will probably wont stay there again unless its super cheap because its very close to Yumbo. "

Breakfast and dinner was truly enjoyable with every food you could possibly want, fresh and plentiful. The hotel was truly relaxing, with a beautifully calm and relaxing feel. "

"Had a perfect week's stay. All the staff were so friendly, helpful, and made us feel incredibly welcome. Breakfast was fantastic - we loved the pancakes, fresh fruit, and eggs. The pools are beautiful and as the main lazy river winds around the beautifully planted grounds there's always somewhere fairly private and quiet to lay out.
