"Supposedly a 4 star hotel but disappointing considering the price. They have the gall to charge €3/day to use the in-room safe - I've never seen this in any other hotel in the world; the 'housekeeping' is rudimentary - they will only make the bed, replace towels and empty bins; lots of choices in the breakfast buffet but it isn't great quality - their 'bacon' is some processed and reformed pig by-product. I'm sure there are better value options in Maspalomas."

"Had a perfect week's stay. All the staff were so friendly, helpful, and made us feel incredibly welcome. Breakfast was fantastic - we loved the pancakes, fresh fruit, and eggs. The pools are beautiful and as the main lazy river winds around the beautifully planted grounds there's always somewhere fairly private and quiet to lay out. The bars are very fairly priced, with great drinks. Housekeeping quick and great attention to detail. Little details like the access to shower room after you've checked out are so helpful! We don't want to leave! "

"Fab hotel for the money, we were all inclusive and the food was great and joey’s that had to be booked was also fab, always had a clean room each morning and even a bottle of fizz left for my Birthday which we assumed was picked up with checking our passports, lovely touch. Would definitely recommend Thank you."

"We had a wonderful time here. The pool area was divine, the roof terrace and sauna was great, the views of the mountains and sea were amazing. The staff here were all so friendly and kind, and it was a great atmosphere. We're already planning our next stay for 2027!"
