"My room was nice and clean had the King Room with enough space. The bathroom is a nice size as well. Everyone is so nice at the Serena Hotel. Mateo, Ivan at the front desk, the lady that cleaned my room was nice, she even helped me with my luggage. The bar/restaurant staff were nice as well. I ordered the Penne Pasta with Alfredo Sauce and grilled salmon, it was good and filling. I enjoyed my stay and I will be back. Thank you 😊!!"

"We left our room at 10am came back at 3,30 pm and the room was untouched! They charge USD 55 plus tax for valet parking but we waited 30 minutes for our car and arrived late for our appointment! Rest was OK but not outstanding "

"great location but we had to wait for the check in and wait an hour for just hummus on the beach - they should have gotten more kitchen staff in mother’s day weekend - they were not prepared well for the crowds - this is why is one less star - resort is nice and staff are nice i would return when is non holiday"

"It was a desaster! Popo inside the swimming pool, 1 elevator working, they never clean the room in 5 days ( they only tide the bed and change the towels)"

"A few issues once we checked in but notified the front desk and all issues were corrected first thing the next morning and we were compensated for our issues. Had an amazing ocean view with a balcony (the furniture was a little uncomfortable). It is a great place for a weekend getaway we will definitely be returning."
