"Worst hotel I have ever experienced. The entire property smelled like toxic chemicals, and instead of fixing the issue, they just used machines to cover it up. No normal rooms available. No solution. Nothing. I had to leave in the middle of the night at 3 a.m. with my exhausted wife. The staff themselves said it was “very weird.” Still, they refused to refund me. Extremely overpriced for such unacceptable conditions. Stay far away."

"Everything was old. The only thing that was renovated was the lobby and the bathroom down in the lobby. Hot water did not run and it was roaches in our bathroom. Every time we wake up it’s like a red roof in hotel experience will not book again."

"The property is under immense construction… its visible. Its palpable. Located on the beach is its primary attraction, consumer “first “ is secondary. Staff are wonderful, but overall its a “bumpy” ride."

"The location of this building is right on the Collins Avenue, which is a very busy street. Comparable to a NYC busy street. They gave us a lower floor room and we can hear the noise from the street 24 hours per day. We asked for a blanket for the pull out bed and we got it on day 3. We were in a suite, which has a kitchen and washer dryer in the room. Very convenient. The room was clean, but since it’s a lower level, the drain smelled like sewer during certain times of the day. There is an average sized pool, but it’s filled with young children most of the time. So was the hot tub. The beach was nice and clean. But you are only allowed two chairs per room. If you have more than two people, then it’s $20 per chair. The ocean was not safe to swim in because of trade winds during March/April. The lifeguard flag was red the entire time during our stay. Waves were very rough and swimming was not allowed. So, even though they have the amenities, we were not able to use it. I personally don’t recommend this place based on our experience. "

"Parking was easy, felt safe, spots were wide. Front desk staff were polite and professional. In-room vinyl plank flooring is good. The water pressure in the shower was low, but that might/likely be due to the water shortage happening around the state of Florida at this time, and not due to any deficiency on the part of the hotel."
