"great place?"

"Very clean property."

"Great place to stay. The bad news is that the location and outside appearance is disarming and makes you fear that you will be very disappointed. However, when the open the door you will be delighted at the cleanliness and good condition everything is in. It is far more spacious that I expected. and an unbelievable bargain. The only place to stay while in north Miami. "

"Misleading advertising, dirty and dilapidated furniture, and there were also cockroaches. And the air conditioning makes a maddening noise; I can't sleep."

"Ok"

"I’m usually very picky with hotels, but this is genuinely one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. Staff are incredible, facilities and rooms are beautiful. If I come back to Miami, will definitely be staying here again. Thank you Maison Felix!!"

"Great stay! Check in is fast and easy, place is spotless, and plenty of nearby restaurants. Would definitely stay again!"

"We had the best experience with this host! They were incredibly communicative, accommodating, and even allowed us to check in early. The property was spotless, and whenever we needed extra towels or other essentials, they responded promptly. "I stayed for two weeks. The room was clean and housekeeping was available on demand. The place is only a couple of blocks away from the beach and a 5-minute walk from the shops and restaurants of Collins ave. No breakfast option on the premises, but the rooms come with fridge and microwave."

"This was my second stay at the Shell Motel, which tells you I had a positive experience the first time. I was recognized upon arrival and both Guy & Pierre are always so friendly and want to make sure I had everything I need. They offer suggestions as to local resources (e.g., groceries, restaurants, where to park, etc). The pool was amazing and housekeeping somehow knew not to disturb me early in the day and then showed up in the afternoon with fresh towels. I’ve grown attached to this little...

"Clean room Nice staff"

"Clean spacious rooms. Lots of things nearby including independent coffee shop and a full grocery store."

"La limpieza de las instalaciones. La cocina de la habitación, el horno estaba sucio y con óxido, igual el microhondas. En las mañanas entraba olor a comida por los ductos del aire acondicionado. El mobiliario está descuidado y visiblemente desgastado"
