"So many good things to say about this property. They hit everything you could want in a hotel and more (including a decent breakfast buffet).
Even when I was trying to make my way to a nearby boat for a trip, the staff not only knew where I needed to go, but actually walked with me outside and down the street to show me where it was (said it was a super nice day, let's walk). 100% would come back!"

"I loved the artsy vibe of this hotel. The room was great and was roomy enough for my family of four. We love all the floor to ceiling windows! The only thing we found odd was that there wasn’t a door or curtain to cover the shower area for privacy. Other than that we loved our stay at the hotel and would recommend it."
"What an amazing experience- probably best hotel we stayed- staff is very friendly and helped us with large luggage, place is spectacular, best sleep, pure alpine water right out of the faucet and everything though about in details, such as comfortable bed, coffee tea, delicious breakfast, amazing dinner menu with wild mushrooms, forest berries and so much more. Highly recommend "

The rooms were fine for our needs. Worth using the underground car park but only limited spaces.
Breakfast basic but very good. Make sure you ask about free bus and train passes which you can get from reception. The hotel is served by a number of buses."
"Excellent spa hotel just a few steps from the castle (the closest you can be). Very close to restaurants and shops from the little village. Nice breakfast and beautiful hotel. Only negatives were that my son’s bed wasn’t made despite the reservation clearly saying it was for 3 people. I had to ask twice before they came to set up the bed. Also I wanted to use the spa on the day of check out and they charged me 10 euros per person!! I didn’t even use the spa on the day before because I had to visit the castle."
