"Very nice suite with seperate bedroom, and a full kitchen. The view of the ocean is incredible. As others have mentioned, it is a short distance from San Juan and there is only one eating establishment on site. Standard beach food was OK. But you should have a car so you can get out and try different resturants in the area. Plus driving to a nearby Walmart or store in Dorado will allow you to get staples to fix in your room. The beach is well kept but esentially useless unless you just want to sit and watch the surf. Not the hotels fault, butdue to the atlantic ocean, the beaches on the north side of Puerto Rico are apparently always have very strong currents (yellow flag) or rip tides (red flag). Again, not the hotels fault. The pool is fantastic. Actually deep enough (6 foot) to enjoy. We would recommend this place simply for the view, comfortable room, and extremely friendly staff. And a few close by resturants."

"This hotel is OLD!!! needs everything updated, the room layout is ridiculous, the closet, fridge and coffee maker is inside the bathroom, the house keeping is bad… the pool area and beach are fine, there’s not room service or food options other than a pool bar and the hilton across the street. I don’t think l will be coming back and it’s way to expensive for the value you get"

"The rooms are horrible all of the carpets needs to be removed it is too much moisture the halls and the rooms reek of mold! I do believe the hotel is well aware of it that’s why they have those drying machines in every corner. There was never no washcloths and towels available. The ticket machine to go in and out of the property by car didn’t work all the time it was a hit or miss.. it was annoying to stop at the front desk each time leaving the property. Staff did the best they can, couldn’t blame them for the property upkeep. The amenities such as the casino restaurants bar and pool hall 10/10!"
