"I was traveling with two others, and each of us had a different room. We couldn't get the elevator to work, and since there is no one there when you check in, we had to carry our bags up the stairs. One of the rooms didn't appear to be clean (the small hotel shampoo and conditioner was half used, and one of the towels felt damp.
