The staff are great! The bar tender at the pool was amazing!! Food is excellent and lots of variety Really loved that you don't need to make reservations for any of the restaurants. I would go back here!

The location is absolutely spectacular—set between lush jungle and the turquoise waters of the Caribbean, offering a peaceful, visually stunning environment that immediately invites relaxation. The resort is beautifully maintained, and the accommodations are comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed to complement the natural surroundings. Good, quiet and affordable resort for families. Not the biggest or the fanciest but ample food and rec options. Like the proximity to the beach. Staff and service reaction time was great. Centrally located between Tulum and Playa Del Carmen so excusion activities are plenty and time efficient. Would recommend.

honest grand oasis review

GRAND OASIS… honest review here it goes grand oasis is a really nice all inclusive hotel decent food options even for picky eaters this is a good spot to go everything is decently sized not to far not to close and a bunch of pools so no one bothers you it’s like your in your own little oasis for real. Great hotel can’t wait to see what the remodeling is gonna look like bonus also got to see a bunch of friendly little critters roaming around… first time seeing a coati. Don’t leave your room balcony open… lol

Staff was super friendly and great food options. The buffet was our favorite place to dine especially breakfast but did go twice for dinner buffet and options changed so that was a plus! Also wake up early and get your spot by the pool or beach, otherwise you won't have anywhere to sit! I have nothing but nice things to say about this place. No negative Nancy here!!

This property doesn't deserve all the bad reviews. The beach was great though hard to get a lounger and water shoes are a must due to big rocks. Food and drinks were good. Sea grasses were never a problem in the ten days we were there.

Food was amazing , the buffet changes everytime, I loved it. The employees were really nice. I appreciated the fact that there were planned activities everyday (from morning till the night). Unfortunately, if you’re looking for a wild night life there, it’s not there because alcohol and activities end at 11pm.

Beautiful beachfront hotel. Amenities are great and the all inclusive restaurants and bars were great too. They have planned activities for the family as well. It is located about 5-10 min drive from an adventure place to visit cenotes. Staff is friendly and helpful, they know their business is customer services.

We had a wonderful experience (April 2025). The grounds are beautiful, lots of pool options, the beach is beautiful. Everything is close, so you are not walking forever to get everywhere. The kids club is amazing, my children loved all the activities and the girls who ran it. There was lots of options in the buffet evey night and nice restaurants to choose from. It wasnt busy this time of year so we didnt have to wait for anything and got our spots on the beach easily. Fyi: if you book through expedia watch if the transportation from airport to resort is included, ours wasnt, we just assumed it was, so that was very unpleasant surprise. Otherwise, i highly recommend the resort

I had a very good time there , the staff was very helpful and kind. I enjoyed the room it was very clean and comfy. The staff came and asked everyday if we needed anything even after room was serviced.. i stayed there 8-20-2024.. i will definitely stay there again .

The property is outdated but we did have some really bad room and had to pay taxes $65 for sone thing that was not mentioned in the booking then the water pipe broke in the room and got upgraded to better room with ocean view and changed our bracelets access to more restaurants for free and access to the rooftop and infinity pool. That kind of made our stay.

Marcelo was by far my favorite person there! Amazing human being. Grand oasis tulum had plenty of bars / restaurants to chose from. Food was great, absolutely no complaints.

This resort was amazing! Loved that there were so many pools and kid friendly. Also having beach access without having to leave was another bonus. The food was good but our favorite was the Mexican restaurant that is included in the all inclusive. There was a great variety of alcohol and the flavor did not disappoint. Thank you to all the staff we will definitely be back. Lastly don’t forget to tip the lovely staff!
