"Possibly one of the most beautiful and well organised hotels we have stayed in for Premium All Inclusive. Stunning food, friendly staff that really go the extra mile (especially Yiannis) and impeccable views."

"Me and my wife were there for our honeymoon and the stuff were really kind and service oriented the food is delicious and the bar was really nice Im very recommended to visit and stay there"

"We stayed here for 9 nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is stunning, with a breathtaking sea view. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and very well maintained. Housekeeping checked in every day to see if we needed the apartment cleaned or the bed linen changed, which was greatly appreciated. The swimming pool is perfect for both adults and children. The staff are warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. Whatever you need, they will do their best to assist you. Finally,...

"I booked room for 4 but i got room meant for 2 people. I had to sleep on the couch. Horrible"

"The property and people are amazing. The pool is stunning and the views awesome. This is the kind of place where you need a car - there is nothing close by - barring other very nice hotels which do have restaurants. There was very heavy rain when we were there one night and our room had a significant leak with plenty of water coming in. Without getting into the detail of how many times we had to move, and how much physical help we had moving and booking alternative accommodation last minute, I...

"Very nice boutique hotel. Definitely worth and will come back."

"Staff members were very nice and helpful, breakfasts were yummy every morning and the kitchen staff were always friendly and helpful, we enjoyed our time in this place. The hotel was very close to the bus station and the was a plus too 👍"

"Einfach Super!

"We had an excellent, if short, stay. The hotel should really be 4 stars, hands down. Room (suite) was impecable, great furnishings and bedding, staff accommodating and free parking very convenient. The location is as best it can be, right in the harbor, with magnificent views. The only place we will consider if we return to Chania."

"Nice location - close to old city; nice breakfast - good fruit selection; friendly staffs"

"My husband and I stayed at Avra Hotel for four nights and had a wonderful experience. Our room was comfortable, and the staff were very kind and welcoming. The only drawback was the limited parking available on the property. The hotel is within walking distance of the Old Town, and some street parking is available nearby."

"I had a wonderful stay at Morum City Hotel! I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a Junior Studio Suite with a huge balcony, which was wonderful for sitting outside in the evenings with friends. The staff were fantastic, from the front desk to the housekeeping team. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The breakfast was good, and the location was excellent, with an easy walk down to the harbour. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly...
