"The location up in the village was breeze, which was nice during the very hot days. But it is on a very busy road, and constantly very noisy for the near room."

"Excellent for a one night stop before flight. Beautiful apartments set into the hillside overlooking Souda Bay. Incredibly modern, new and super clean. Very spacious rooms, equipped with all the essentials and also outstanding views. Staff are absolutely wonderful. Nothing was an issue for them. "Dreta is situated on a quiet street in the upper Halepa area 3 km from Chaniá downtown. But there’s Lidl a two minute walk away. 😀 And the city busses leave from just up the road. "The welcoming feeling goes beyond the arrival. It is all way till the end, when the team thank you and says "hope see you again" - priceless. The whole team, from receptionist and cleaners to management, they are very friendly and helpful. They offer toiletry produced locally. As far as location the hotel is next to cafes, restaurants, shopping and the harbor and yet very quiet. I would definitely stay again."

"We got a balcony like we asked for (though not guaranteed), and they allowed us to check in early when our room was available and clean. The room was nice, modern, and had just about everything we needed. The reception just downstairs was available at reasonable hours to accommodate however they could, whether that be extra towels or blankets. Oh, and the location is phenomenal, so close to amazing restaurants and bars (check out Lime), and the old venetian harbor is easily walkable (10-15min)!...
