"Alcanea Boutique Hotel is an absolute gem in Chania! Eva was exceptional, checking in on us when our flight was delayed, providing us with detailed recommendations of restaurants and beaches then following up with us on our return. The location was incredible and the interior and exterior of the 500 year old building provided for such a unique experience. "Beautiful thoughtful renovation of a very old building. For design and architecture fans. From the linens to the woodwork every detail done with finesse. Sweetest staff and fresh breakfast buffet on a comfortable little terrace among the rooftops.. Hotel is in a pedestrian part of the old town, in a quiet alley off a narrow street that comes alive at night with outdoor dining. Quiet but very central. Loved this place."

"I stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful stay. The hotel arranged my transfer, and the driver was super sweet – a really warm welcome to Chania. Communication was excellent as well, everything was handled smoothly via WhatsApp, which made things very easy. The location couldn’t be better: right in the heart of Chania’s old town, so it was perfect for exploring on foot. Overall, a great stay and I would happily come back!"
