"The staff was amazing, we had so many beautiful options for food and drinks and our rooms were clean. The only problem we had went out the first two that we stayed there We woke up with bug bites on our legs that we eventually had to ask them to change our room, but other than that, everything was amazing."

"once we arrived, there was no water in the room, the towels were dirty, and when we asked the staff to give us new towels because ours were dirty, they said that they would not bring them up to us that we had to go down to the lobby and get them ourselves. Also, there was no chairs on the balconies to sit and there was no tissues."

"They have alot of security and the place is super clean the only down side was the signs saying no outside food or drinks. When we travel we like to have beverages and bring them into our room. We follow the rules so I didnt even try. But i did see people with chicken and stuff. The ocean was too rough to get in. So we went to calleta instead to dip in the water. There was a red flag and the security made sure everyone was safe. It was near alot of places to walk to eat. And the views were amazing. Water flow was good Two towels only Does have hair dryer Clean Ac was cold Check in and out was fast All staff encounters were pleasant"

"The property is poorly advertised and very difficult to locate, as it’s inside a residential area with no signs on the road. Even our taxi driver struggled to find it. It’s also not accessible for people with mobility issues, as there are many steps."
