Facilities and staff are great !! Clean rooms and warm pool, but food with higher prices than expected. I had stayed at other Camino Real hotels and food prices are not expensive, plus only a sea food restaurant available for dinner every day, no other options, this needs to improve. Will think twice next time if I have to return to this hotel.

Great hotel with great amenities. Premiums rooms with ocean view in front of the pools are really comfortable; however, this time we found a roach in our room. The hotel is clean, so I believe this is the risk when the room is near the kitchens of the restaurants. Of course this does not change our opinion about this great hotel and that’s why we have come many times in the past two years.

An Excellent Stay with Room for Improvement

The Camino Real Acapulco hotel offers a luxury experience thanks to its excellent service, impeccable cleanliness, and a privileged location in the Diamante area. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and feature spectacular views that guarantee a perfect rest. However, there are a few details to consider. The hotel charges $70 MXN for parking per night, an unusual fee for a hotel of its category. Furthermore, the food and beverage offerings, while good quality, come with high prices and limited variety, which can be an inconvenience during longer stays. In conclusion, it is a highly recommended option for anyone seeking comfort and exclusivity, as long as you budget for the additional costs of parking and food.

The best thing about this hotel it's the private Beach and it being Is a quiet hotel. I went on the first week of September and we were probably about 10 people on the beach. Next I will say the pools are very nice they have an infinity Pool. You have to note that this hotel is drive down hill to get to the hotel it's a bit steep and it's not walkable. Unless you want a workout. Because it's located on a hill the hotel rooms are distributed in tears and you have to go down a great number of stairs get to the beach. Not great for people with mobility issues. The restaurants are really nicely located with a beautiful view of the Bay. I will say this was the best choice for me and my mother because of the quiet beach and quiet area. Plus the beach doesn't have strong waves as other beaches in Acapulco like Condesa beach.

This room was perfect and provided an amazing view and overall quality of the room felt luxuirous. Make sure to look closely at the room photos becasue I had family staying in the sam ehotel, but their rooms were severly outdated, water would not go down into the sink, and just seemed like it was a compliment differnt hotel (gave motel like quality).
