"Room was warm, due to it being quadruple glazed. Stopped outside noise though and room was spotless. Toilet is in separate room which is great apart from no sink in there so have to walk around the room to wash your hands. Breakfast was your typical middle class buffet breakfast, good but not exceptional. Really nice hotel in a really great location. Bout 5 minute walk from Paddington station and within a business area so no noise after 6pm. Receptionists were really cheerful and helpful. Will defo stay again. "

"Room was spotless, spacious and had plenty of amenities. It’s a stunning hotel, great food in the restaurant, excellent service. Our only disappointment was the spa and pool not being open (as being renovated) which we didn’t know about until after we had booked our non refundable room. But overall an excellent hotel. "

"Staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms where clean, fresh and a decent size. We didn't eat so I can't comment but the restaurant looked really good. Great location, would deffinatly stay again."

"Our stay was excellent. They had decorated the room for our birthdays and valentines with chocolate cake and prosecco etc and upgraded us to an apartment. It made our stay very special. Bed was so comfy and the room had amazing amenities. Staff were lovely."
