Saint-Ouen-l'Aumone

"Excellent hotel and amenities but breakfast should be included with price ."

"AVOID THIS HOTEL — DO NOT TRUST THE PICTURES! One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I arrived at 10:30 PM and had to wait until 11 PM for someone to give me the room card. The room was tiny, smelled strongly of smoke, had prison-like lighting, and a disgusting bathroom. Even the elevator wasn’t working, and there was no reception after 11 PM. I couldn’t sleep at all and left at 7 AM. Despite this terrible experience, the morning receptionist refused to refund my money for the...

"The room was clean and well maintained. There was a cleaning service every day, so I stayed very comfortably. The only minor problem was that the bottle of hand wash (liquid soap) and the tissue box got empty in the middle of my stay, but both were not refilled by the service. Had to contact reception. Breakfast was good, particularly croissant was so nice I took every morning."

"Host was very attentive and looked out for us when we arrived to open the gate. The breakfast with fresh baked goods and coffee made the day before we left for CDG."

"The kindest most hospitable staffs I have seen. Always checking in to see if there was anything else needed. Spotless place with all the modern amenities. Brand new kitchen setup with stove, microwave, dish washer, sink, fridge, ect. Perfectly clean bathroom with very hotwater. Bedroom has nice comfortable mattress with white beddings. Most of all, this is a great example of French hospitality while experiencing European castle like living. "

"Overall it is not bad. But the smell that come from the pipe in the bathroom is really bad. I recommend them to fix that. "
