Kopster Hotel was a great stay—clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is excellent, with restaurants and shops nearby. Friendly atmosphere and very good value. Highly recommended.

Fantastic room for the 4 of us: very spacious with quiet and efficient air conditioning. Extremely quiet with a nice view on a the neighboring apartment courtyard with open spaces and greenery. Perfect choice for us with the underground parking for eur 19. Very friendly staff!

This hotel is located quite far from the Paris city center where most of the main attractions are. It was about a 13-minute train ride away from the next main station, and the closest local station was a 10-minute walk. While we knew it was far before booking, we didn't realize that there would be absolutely nothing around it. The immediate area didn't have much going on—there was only one convenience store right in front of the building and very few food options within walking distance. On the positive side, the hotel was modern and very, very clean. The rooms were nicely updated, though they were a bit too dark for our liking since all the lights were quite dim except for the one in the bathroom. When we arrived, there was only one towel in the room. We called the front desk to request more, but the receptionist forgot to send them up. I had to go down to the reception area to get them myself, but she was very nice about it, so I didn't mind too much. It's a nice, clean place to sleep, but be prepared for a quiet neighborhood and a commute into the heart of Paris.

It was a wonderful experience. The room was spotless. Perhaps Netflix could be added to the TV, at least. The staff were friendly and always helpful. We were able to park our car safely. The location was excellent; we could reach everywhere quickly since it was close to the train.

Excellent choice, outside Paris, but 40min public transport from Sacre Couer. Excellent amenities, we stayed at a studio in the residencies and were impressed with the quality of everything. We had Eiffel Tower view, the best was the most comfortable any of us has slept in for ages. Al seems new, is modern and basically you have everything you might need. Excellent concierge, but parking access was difficult. There is this lovely place with an incredible food offer 2 min. from the hotel "Kala Matcha", what a treat.

Check in process was easy, staff was very kind and helpful during initial check in. We were promised 3 water bottles as we had 3 guests sharing a room, one bottle was already in the room, we were informed we would get the other 2 later. We waited overnight and decided to go ask for ourselves the next morning. Different staff at front desk said they only give out one bottle per room, and that the previous staff I spoke to was incorrect in promising us one per guest. A little confusing, and second staff member was not as friendly. Otherwise pretty good stay.

This seems to be a fair 4 stars hotel, rooms were spacious, breakfast area and terrace were good, breakfast menu acceptable, the fruit salad were bitter. Well located and close to transport links, not too many restaurants nearby. Customer service definitely needs to improve, we book did one booking for 5 and we were distributed in two rooms, we had to pay 350 Euros for deposit even when the booking was fully paid. When we arrived the toilet was dirty and dusty, we asked for daily cleaning but they only made the beds and change the towels, no hoover, no dusting, no toilet cleaning, the bins were full of rubbish. The last day we had to leave early, the previous day we asked for breakfast boxes to take with us, as the charged 19 Euros per person and we didn't want to waste that money x 5, they told us to collect them before leaving but the night staff didn't have any idea where the boxes were left, we had to leave empty handed. A couple of good staff, unfortunately our experience was not good, we don't really recommend this hotel.

It was a great place to stay. The location is more residential, but it’s a safe and pleasant neighborhood. Paris public transportation had a few delays and setbacks during my trip, so it wasn’t the most reliable—I ended up taking Uber a few times. The airport is in the opposite direction, but without traffic, it’s about a 27-minute Uber ride, which wasn’t bad at all. If you’re comfortable navigating trains and getting around the city, this hotel is a great option. The room was beautiful—I even had a sofa with an extra bed. The bed itself was incredibly comfortable; I would fall asleep instantly every night, which was a huge plus. Brand new building as well. So if you don’t like rats or rodents that come with city do yourself a favor and stay there.

We stayed at Kopster Hôtel Colombes as a family of four, and I would highly recommend booking one of the apartment-style rooms with the small kitchen if that option is available. That layout gave us much more privacy, with a separate main bedroom and a living area, which made a big difference when traveling with kids. The small kitchen was also very convenient for quick meals and snacks. One thing we really appreciated was the vending machine in the reception area of our part of the hotel — perfect for late-night snacks after long sightseeing days. The location was also great: • Bakery and grocery store directly across the street • About a 10-minute walk to the metro, which made getting into Paris easy Overall, a comfortable, convenient stay that worked very well for our family. We would definitely consider staying here again.
