"I absolulty love this Hotel . It’s been over 20 years since my last visit and the staff always amazes me. From the front desk to the Cleaning Ladies for the rooms to the bar. And the concierge is so fantastic. We met the property manager. He was so friendly. I think we must’ve chatted for 30 minutes. I love the pool on the roof. The fact you can have a drink lay by the pool and actually take a shower right after it’s so refreshing. They know where all the great restaurants are to eat and if there’s anything extra that you need, they’re always there to help. This is a must stay when you go to South Beach.!"

"The staff is fabulous, super attentive and nice and accommodating. It’s actually really a fabulous hotel. I feel like it’s the best kept secret in Miami Beach. It’s a little out of the way in a little bit of a quiet area, which is just so nice. If you like being in the middle of all the action, I wouldn’t stay there but if you want things a little quiet, I just think it’s so lovely there."

"The room was beautiful and functional. However if I had to comment I had two glasses that weren't quite clean with lipstain oils on them. That was it overal. Staff was friendly throughout resort always smiling. the beach was beautiful. Umbrellas you had to rent for $32. Wait staff always came around to ask if you needed drink/food. Didn't have to hunt them down. Pool is bougie."
