"It was more affordable than other places near the centre, only 5-10 minutes walk to Lime Street station. The apartment was clean and quiet too and check-in was straight forward. Only issue I had was a very uncomfortable bed that made a lot of noise every time you moved because it was a fold-away bed. They had put a mattress topper on to try and help but did not sleep well. Fine for one night but I wouldn't want to sleep there for consecutive nights on that bed. "

"Over night stay, staff very helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble. Car park, is 10.00 and worth it, re the location of this hotel. We were allowed to get into our roon 30 minutes before our allocated time. Breakfast is extra, but worth it, fresh item always available, and very tasty. "

Her service was with a big smile, nothing was too much trouble and our food and drinks were perfect. "Hilton-Hampton hotel stay was made by a young women/staff member Ms Demi-Lee. She was just amazing, totally outstanding, bubbly, sassy, caring, full of information, full of chat, kind and is just perfect for this type of job. Bed comfortable, room size just perfect with a settee. View over the docks. Breakfast was good, but just needs a little bit of order."

The staff were friendly and did their best however were quite stretched due to a wedding function taking place over the weekend.at the hotel. The spa area was also quite busy. "I was in general quite satisfied with our stay before a flight the following day. The room was adequately spacious and the bed was comfortable. One thing that I was puzzled about was that I was asked to leave £50 as a (and I quote the receptionist) "security deposit". She was unable to give me any further satisfactory explanation, but did explain that I could use that as credit to buy food and drinks, which I did, and used up that amount during the evening.
