Lovely hotel choice for Liverpool. Next door to the M&S and only a short walk to Albert Dock. Clean modern accommodation, very comfy bed and huge shower! All this at a great price.

What a wonderful stay we had! We were greeted by the perfect ambassador in a bowler hat who provided us with a map and details to answer our questions about sites! Lauren was exceptionally kind and friendly & the staff at the bar was great! Definitely would recommend & visit again!

Room was Clean and The bed comfy and the atmosphere at the bar was lovely. On Friday they had a pianist on which was nice to watch and the cocktails was also nice. Staff where friendly also.

Have stayed a few times as though it is pricey at weekends (as a lot of places are in the city now), it's a reliably comfortable stay in a good location with a solid breakfast, and staff always great. Nice to have a coffee from the huge comfy bed in the morning while looking out across the river and waterfront through the massive window. Close to museums, some great restaurants, shopping and transport to the football grounds.
