"Room was very clean and organized , little disappointed in the room for being a signature suite. "

"The breakfast menu was excellent. The hotel had a small pool and gym in a nice location. The room was clean and well-equipped with a refrigerator, coffee machine, and microwave. The bathroom was luxurious with Crab Tree The staff was friendly, and it was close to everything. However, there was no jacuzzi. We enjoyed the welcome reception with finger foods. We would definitely book this hotel again if we return to Chicago."

"Walking distance to downtown events and shops "

"Beautiful old historical hotel. The rooms were clean. We had a fantastic view of Lake Michigan. There were a few things that would have made me want to give it a higher rating. Free coffee and front door man. The staff seemed tired and under appreciated. "

"Great location right off of Michigan Ave. They have a very good breakfast, that included almost everything you could want. It was very popular and packed with people. One negative, it felt like it was a cafeteria and not a relaxing place to sit down, relax and enjoy."

"My friends and I had such a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton, the location is central so you're really only within 10-15 minutes walking from everything it's so crazy. Staff is so friendly and accommodating and the rooms are modern and sleek. Definitely coming back when I'm in Chicago!"
