"I like that it had a balcony food choice wasn’t my type of style end up ordering food off of site but definitely had all the amenities for you to be ready for the next day. Will be staying again little bit pricey for a short weekend stay but I will definitely be coming back. Very great part of the town hope to own my own own home in this place one day."

"Everything is great as always. Spacious, clean and updated room. Nice executive lounge. Staffs have a very good service mind. Only complaint is sound insulation needs to be improved. Will be back again next year."

"Coffee machine on the main floor beside lobby was great, though there were no snacks as advertised on the official website. Staff were helpful and kind. Rooms were clean and modern, with daily attentive housekeeping. Location is perfect and walking distance to the bean, the art institute, and accessible to the L train, river walk, and buses. It's a very convenient location."

"Excellent"

"Man this is by far one of the best beautiful hotels Ive ever stayed to. Very clean, staff was very polite and the food was very good as well."

"Great"

"Loved everything about our stay! Great location, staff, clean and updated room."

"I stayed for two nights. The major issue was there are a lot of noise at night - a lot of siren on the street - police, ambulance, fire trucks. These noise are all night long. I must have been waken up 6-7 times each night. Before 1pm also heard a lot of street noise because N Clark Street is a popular youth hangout place."
