"The hotel was amazing! Comfortable and very cleaned. It has all you need. It is close by a lot of restaurants and 15 min walk from park Lleras/provenza. The most I loved is the service! Luisana (the receptionist) and cleaning lady are the best!!! They helped us with everything and were very nice and sweet with us. I highly recommend this hotel. "

The only less than ideal thing to note is that it is quite loud. We had a private room on the first floor and music blares until 11pm and noise starts as of 8am. "

"I enjoyed the pool. The hot sauna worked. There was no hot water. The whirlpool next to the pool was cold. Other than that, the staff were spectacular and helping bringing taxis. Also arranging prices so we don’t get ripped off. There was one lady staff, though, that was exceptional. She went out of her way to make my stay pleasant. "
