If you had a rental car I don't know where you'd park it, however the location is so convenient and walkable and there are a million Ubers available. The staff was accommodating and the rooms were nice. I loved my stay here

I will like more, if the hotel have security safe in the rooms, the personnel is the best and also the hotel. Great location, nice and clean.

Had a great stay here! The breakfast was delicious! Accessible location to the metro which helped to get around. Common area was great and had great energy! Loved the net that you could lounge in and loved the pool!

Spacious and comfortable room, easy check in and out, excellent breakfast and overall really cool place to stay. Restaurant staff are great - thanks Leidy and Diego (spelling?!).
Outdoor chairs on rooftop and on the terrace terribly uncomfortable.
Gave only 4/5 due to cleaning staff. Our room wasn’t made up for 2 days so we had to request at front desk. For almost CAD$200/night, this should be done right every day. Our terrace wasn’t swept or cleaned for our entire 4 day stay. Old cigarette butts and ashes all over, and not from us! Do better.

Everything was really nice. Well breakfast was ... good, but 2 out of 3 days it took 45 minutes to get scrambled eggs with toast. We went elsewhere the 4th day. Still, no complaints. Very nice joyful (mostly) people, quiet, great location.

Great location and value hotel
Masaya caters to independent travelers and backpackers and has a great youthful vibe. This is not a Hilton...and thats a good thing if you like things to be a little different. The location is hard to beat, the rooms are nice, the breakfast was very good and the rooftop deck is awesome. Enjoy!

Breakfast menu was great, but service was very average, and waitress was visibly upset the one time I didn’t tip (not customary here, btw!) despite me having to walk to the counter for everything I needed. Facilities were some of the best in my opinion, and location unmatched, but staff wasn’t as sociable as other hostels I’ve stayed at, and majority of activities were too early in the day to enjoy given Medellin is most well-known for its nightlife. Rooms were clean and pleasant, with no AC but good fans over each bed. Should think about assigning beds though as it’s quite confusing as a guest to walk into a room and not know which is yours. Hello Burger restaurant didn’t have certain parts of their menu on hand which is fine but subpar. Rooftop area was extremely hectic with minimal actual seating to see the view unless you want to swim in the pool. Overall very good but not excellent, with some easy changes to improve. Hopefully this helps.
