The staff was great treated us like family. Next time I travel to Medellin I will stay in this place again and recomend to other travelers. The hotel is in the nice area for dining and shopping and near the metro station.

I really like the location, it is more low key than other parts of Medellin with a small plaza right in front and lots of local dining and shopping options nearby. The balcony rooms are spacious but the toilet could use an upgrade. The staff were very friendly and they store luggage even for extended periods of time.

No me quedé en el hotel pues luego de hacer el chekin me indicaron que no había elevador y yo tengo una candicion pulmonar y no puedo subir cuatro pisos. Mucho polvo pues están remodelando si pudiera solicito un reembolso pues tuve que pagar otro hotel.
