"For a 5 star hotel, the bar was terrible. Only a little one by the entrance and another little one with no ambience in the 8th floor. The restaurant was not as expected. One day I had to leave the bar to find another place outside de hotel, because nobody took care of my service. Too bad."

"I think this was not for us the breakfast was great and varied but the hotel tries hard to be trendy when for us it would be great to have a good nice sleep and be able to hang your clothes . We got awaken twice during the night when the TV came on for no reason apparently due to a fault in the area but the same thing happened when we stayed 5 days prior . The hotel is very dark and as I said you get lavender oil and sleeping pills but no room to store your cases or hang your clothes . The food in the Vietnamese restaurant is average . Go to the pool for lunch if you want to eat well . We asked if we could keep one of the room we had booked until our late departure 4 pm but despite the inconvenience we had during the night they said no which is fine .we told them we would go to the pool and the replied that was no problem . Unfortunately when we got there it was the cleaning day. Anyway our daughter liked the place so could be more suited to a younger crowd "
