"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was very courteous and helpful with suggestions. Our room was clean and perfect for our party of three. Our favorite features were the screened in porch that led to the creek, the beautiful view of the creek, and the awesome set up of chairs, hammock, picnic tables, fire pits, etc. at the creek. It was so peaceful. We also had a view of the mountains out of the front window. We look forward to coming back to stay again!"

"Check in was quick and easy. Our room was in the back, so it was nice and quiet. The beds were comfortable, though one squeaked so we didn’t sleep in that one. All the towels were clean, if a little small. Overall a good experience. We would stay there again. "

"The desk staff were awesome. They were very friendly and helpful. The only thing the hotel can improve on is adding more variety to their breakfast. It’s time to quit using Covid as an excuse for not having things included, such as eggs, bacon, sausage. We have been at other hotels on this trip and all of those things were available. That is my only complaint."

"Nice rooms and front walkways w/ rocking chairs! It was very peaceful in the mornings especially sitting out and enjoying the calm outdoors. Breakfast was pretty good too. The pancake machine is very neat to my unsophisticated mind. "

"We stayed at this hotel because it had a better rate than the casino hotels. It is directly across the street and about a 10 minute walk. The hotel was clean and very quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I will stay here again the next time I come to Harrah’s Casino"

"The property is great, however the reservation was incorrect upon arrival. I booked double queen beds for my reservation, and was only provided a single queen. The hotel was sold out so there was no way to get the double queen"
