Overall it’s a nice place to stay. The beds were really comfortable, shower had decent pressure, and the room was very clean upon arrival. It’s in a really good area - not sketchy like some places.
There were only 4 things that could be improved in my opinion:
The refrigerator in our room kept things cool, but not cold.
The hot breakfast was decent, but it would be nice if they offered fruit other than a basket of apples.
Finally, most of the staff was wonderful. However the front desk person had the personality of a rock. When I mentioned the refrigerator, she immediately said, we don’t give discounts or refunds. I never mentioned either of those. I responded, “Well that’s good because I wasn’t asking for one. I just wanted you to be aware so that it can be fixed or replaced.” She just stared at me like I’d lost my my mind. No thank you ore anything.
Finally, the elevator was out of order the entire time we were there. There were lots of elderly people staying, and the staff apparently made no effort to relocate them to the first floor. We would have gladly moved if we were asked.
