"This is a lovely small hotel and restaurant run by a lovely couple. The setting is like something out of a story book. From our room we could hear the soothing sound of the fountain and the church bells ringing from the nearby bell tower. The bed was comfy. There is a nice breakfast in the morning for hotel guests. Horgen is a quaint and quiet little town. You can easily purchase tickets to Horgen from the airport and train station. So getting there is no problem. We took the ferry boat back...

"I don't recommend staying at this location. While i have to say the place was clean, the room didn't have air conditioning and not even a fan. I felt I was sleeping in a sauna and you can spend more than 20 minutes in the room during the day. The heat is unbearable. In addition, the room did not have curtains to make things worse. So zero privacy, all lights are pointing at your face while you are tying to sleep in a room that is 100 degrees hot inside."

"Excellent communication from start to finish With map and tram details to get to apartment. In a great location 2 minute walk to lake and a lovely 15 minute stroll to centre or a tram just outside. Room had everything you needed and got cleaned within our stay which doesnt normally happen in an apartment. Staff were friendly and when my travel plug didn’t work they were on hand with a spare which I could keep for whole of trip. If we ever visit Zurich again I would definitely stay here."

"We loved having access to the guest kitchen including the fridge. The back terrace was in full bloom and a lovely place to sit in the evening with snacks and a drink after a busy day of being tourists. The breakfast was amazing with home made goodies (and we know they were homemade as we were in the guest kitchen getting water one day and the very lovely staff member was taking delicious smelling treats out of the oven!), a nice selection of fruits, cheeses, breads, etc. The staff were very...
