"The hotel was okay but quite pricey for the facilities and room. We were not aware that the bed would be on a raised platform - whilst not a problem for us, it might be for others if unaware. The room was very hot at night with no way to control the temperature other than opening the window. Check-in was a bit odd as you had to do this on an iPad and ‘create your own key’ - it would have been quicker for the staff member to just do it! It was okay overall. No kettle or fridge facilities. "

"Great location with loads of shops and amenities nearby! Rooms were very clean and a good size. Staff very friendly, arrived about 12 o’clock and was able to check in straight away which was great! Would definitely go back to this hotel! Great Value for money!"

"Bustling hotel with cool, artsy sitting areas and cozy rooms. Good shower. Nice in-room amenities. Only drawback was the restaurant is closed Sundays and the bar menu is limited and overpriced. Very nice (but overtasked) staff."

"The staff were incredibly helpful and so pleasant. They explained the tram system and advised me to download the app for trains and buses. The hotel was one of the comfiest stays I've ever had. The restaurant below was incredible as well. Highly eecommend!"
