My first time to Zurich. This is a super nice hotel. Park Hyatt never give you disappointment. The check in staff was super friendly. And the room was very comfortable. My best sleep ever in a hotel room. Hotel staff are super friendly. Good location. Cannot find anything I didn’t like about this hotel.

I mean what can I say? Ultra luxury hotel in the heart of Zürich. Staff was fantastic. Concierge was excellent. Food was great. Rooms were super roomy and clean. Located about 20 minutes to the airport, and a few minutes walking to the lake. This hotel was an excellent way to end our trip. 10/10 would stay again and recommend to friends.

Excellent location , property top notch and concierge with excellent dining recommendations around the hotel, you can walk anywhere from the hotel . Only thing they can improve is the pillows which are small and bed is a little bit hard and I am more of a soft mattress guy. Everything else excellent!

Amazing place to stay! Staff was wonderful and treated us so well especially my 2 kids. Surprised my daughter for her birthday. Rooms were clean, hotel was walking distance to wherever we needed to go. Onyx bar was really nice and breakfast at the hotel was wonderful! I would definitely come back again with my family.
