Had a small issue with an appliance during my stay, contacted customer service who was fast to react and find a solution for me. For people not confortable with remote help, this one works big time. "Very nice hotel right on the lake. Easy access to downtown Zurich by boat or train both of which are right by the property. Rooms are updated but small compared to American hotel rooms and no air conditioning.
