"Nicely located property especially if you wanna visit Tianmen mountain. The room was big and in good condition. However, it was humid in the bedsheets…"

"We had a difficult time locating the hotel due to the name confusion. On Expedia it is known as King Maker Grand but the Didi app recognized it as Hautian Hotel. This hotel is in a great location with stores and dining options available near by. The staff was very nice and always available. We picked the Superior double room, balcony, city view. The balcony was not accessible to us, city view but no real access to the balcony (just fyi). The restaurants were also a great option to have, we...

"Der Name des Hotels scheint sich geändert zu haben. Man ist etwas unsicher beim checken. Zimmer klein, aber sauber und gutes Frühstück. Koffer konnten aufbewahrt werden, zum besichtigen der Tiamen Mountains und Abreise am späten Nachmittag."

"We had a wonderful stay! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and we truly appreciated the complimentary room upgrade. The hotel is conveniently located near Tianmen Mountain, the train station, and the 72 Wonders, making it an excellent base for exploring Zhangjiajie. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service and a convenient location."

"Premium staff and hotel. The staff are exceptional and helped us book our 4 days of tourist attractions. This made it so easy to visit the National Forest and Tianmen Mountain with just our passports. Breakfast buffet and free laundry area were both a big plus. We would definitely stay again."

"Clean comfortable room and very nice staff."

"시설도 깨끗하고 공연도 볼만 합니다. 가족과 함께 같이 숙박시설 이용하면 좋네요"

"I barely stayed in this hotel. I got in late at night, and left early morning. But the staff was very nice, and the room was comfortable. for a quick trip, recommended"

"AI control light switch is hard to use."

"房主Sarah非常友好，預定的房間寬敞乾淨，獨享洗衣機，冰箱，24小時有熱水、空調。 位置在市中心，出行相當便捷。 可惜只訂2晚，下次一定推薦朋友再來預定。"

"The staff were very helpful and friendly. He actually dropped us off the park entry and helped suggest routes. Breakfast made fresh to order. Room was cleaned modern and you can see heaven gate right there."

"Perfect for the budget traveller. The address posted on here is wrong. Or at least that might be the address of the other building, they have two. The main address is: HunanZhangjiajieYongdingPengjiapu Unit, Guanli Road No.1-21. This is a family owned place, the husband speaks some English and is very helpful. The wife man's the front desk at the main building and the son on the other. Very clean and close to food and Tianmen Mountain Cableway."

"La foto no es la real, no es la foto del hotel"

"Fue una grata experiencia"

"The staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout my stay, and the location is excellent, especially if you're planning to visit Tianmen Mountain since the cable car station is just a short walk away. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and generally comfortable. However, there were a few significant issues that affected the overall experience. First, the included breakfast is not served in the hotel itself but at a small nearby restaurant. While breakfast is included, the experience...
