"Very nice, comfortable and clean rooms. Service was excellent from the reception to restaurant but i would like to address especially the kindness of the concierge who was absolutely amazing and helped at any moment of our trip. He is the reason i am writing this review since he has done his work brilliantly and exceeded our expectations in all senses."
"The hotel shouldn't be rated at 5 stars. I gave it maximum 3.5 stars. The worst thing is about the cleanness wasn't qualified. The carpet was old and smelly. The size of room and bed was small. Location is surrounded with high level shopping mall. Because hotel is situated in high traffic area while the front of hotel build just face to main road so, it was quite noisy and dusty."
"We stayed for 2 nights at the Grand Hyatt Xi'An in a Grand Club King Room. We went to Xi'An mainly to see the Terracotta Warriors. For us, we found this hotel was isolated from the main part of the town of Xi'An. We needed to take a taxi to get into the town centre. Apart from that, the room, the staff and the food were all at standard of what we would expect from the Grand Hyatt group. For us, the location wasn't the best."

Big problem is that no one speaks english AT ALL. Not even few words. It's really hard for a basic communication and it' COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE for a.high level hotel like a Crowne Plaza"
