"I personally loved everything about my stay at the ACE Hotel. First I can start with saying the location was perfect. It was close to a number of stores restaurants a mall and more. The hotel itself had a wonderful restaurant and bagel shop inside. My room was the best room in the hotel. My view was phenomenal, the room was very clean, no odors or smells at all, the staff was amazingly very helpful when needed and I felt safe at all times while I was there. The bed in the room was so...

"Great experience"

"We had a wonderful experience staying at Hampton Inn during our weekend in New York City! The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of food to start our day. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. We also appreciated the hotel’s safety and security, which gave us peace of mind while visiting the city. Overall, a fantastic experience! We would definitely stay here again and...

"ランドリー施設と、ミニキッチン（電子レンジが大活躍）が付いていたのが良かったです！"

"Good clean room. Easy checkin"

"The hotel was close to great restaurants. The young guy who checked us in was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. He seemed to sincerely want to help. The room was very clean, and I loved the soap products. The only negatives were the room was small and there was no room safe. The complimentary breakfast was decent. We would stay there again."

The neighborhood is on the edge of rundown, but a couple blocks east and north it gets better. The beds are adequate and mostly the room is fairly soundproof (except, as always, for the heating unit). Good enough towels and pillows. Breakfast is adequate. I will say the coffee was actually good (worth going down to LL for rather than the Keurig). Both check in and...

"There were not enough chairs in the breakfast area only 1/2 of the tables had chairs"

"The hotel lobby was dirty. They wanted to charge $50 to check in before 3pm even though there was a room available. The rooms were dark with barely any light. Bathroom cabinet was peeling ."

"Pleasant front desk people Clean room Good deal Some other guests were a bit loud (thin walls maybe), but that’s not the hotel’s fault Thumbs up"

"So these dummies couldn’t find my reservation. When they finally did they told me my reservation was for the following day. Then when I showed my receipt showing it was for the current day they asked me for a 8 digit confirmation number. I only had an itinerary number and a 10 digit confirmation number that they told me they couldn’t do anything with. So I then had to pay out of pocket for an hourly rate. Later after trying to get my money back I called them and the manager couldn’t stop...
