"The location was excellent, quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the Bahnhofstrasse. Breakfast was served at the adjacent hotel and was okay. Nothing was served hot, all cold cuts and typical continental breakfast."

"Shuttle from train station was very helpful. The concierge Luis was very helpful in explaining things to do and booking tickets for us. The hotel is beautiful with stunning views of the Matterhorn. Great breakfast, staff very polite and helpful. I would stay here again if visiting Zermatt in the future."

"The hotel was only a few minutes walk from the train station but they also had a shuttle that could pick you up from the train station. The staff was friendly and the room was nice with a great view of the Matterhorn. The spa facilities were very fantastic and was a great way to unwind at the end of the day. The only issue we had was they were renovating the room next to us, so the construction noise was quite loud in the afternoon when we checked in. We just spent the afternoon in the spa area so it wasn't a big deal and we were only there for one night. I did mention this at checkout, and they apologized and said that if we had let them know, they would have stopped the work. I would definitely recommend this hotel."
