"The room was clean but small. Suitable for a single night stay and close to the airport. All staff very friendly - especially the shuttle bus drivers. Great lobby with lounges, chairs, tv and refreshments. Don’t bother with the little restaurant beside the hotel - food and staff not great. Would recommend for a quick stay before flying."

"Had all the basics that were needed. Check in was quick and easy. Parking was extremely tight and quite difficult. Our room was clean, tidy, and had all the basics amenities. The bed felt a bit springy for us but alright if you are staying for just a quick night. We had a hard time with the AC, it just turned off from 2 AM to 5AM and the room became very hot so it was hard to fall back asleep. "Everything ok"

"Love the rain standing shower. No tub. Air conditioning was excellent. Tram station is few mins away going to Guggenheim or town centre. Supermarket Lidl was nearby & laundromat was abit of distance but walkable. Only drawback is housekeeping doesn’t replenish the toilet roll daily .. other than that was great ! Note other guests love to slam their doors making it hard to sleep in .. otherwise almost perfect ! Thanks"

"We have upgraded to the Level each time we have stayed at the Melia. While the facility was very nice the amenities were lacking. Very little food options other than salty snacks. All of the other Melia’s Level have offered much more from a food perspective. While the room upgrade was very nice the overall experience was lacking due to the Level amenities."

"Great location between the cathedral and the market in the old town with all the amazing cafes, shops and historical sites to offer…. and just a 30 minute walk to the Guggenheim through the new town. Super little hotel with friendly, helpful staff, great breakfast offering a range of freshly made hot and cold dishes. Room was a big snug with limited hanging space but clean, cool and everything worked."
